'BrackenRise originated from a vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi kin in 1985, our pizza shop was initially a quaint, family-directed enterprise with recipes passed down from ancestors.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, absorbed the craft of pizza creation while journeying across Italy, taking lessons from Neapolitan pizza masters. After returning to the UK, she aspired to replicate the essence of original Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and the finest materials.
Our beginnings can be traced back to a humble 12-seat pizza shop, and while we have evolved into a cherished neighborhood staple, our pledge to quality and genuineness remains unchanged. We continue employing historic wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough freshly each day, and procure the best ingredients available.
Today, 'BrackenRise' is still a family-run business, with the second generation of the Rossi lineage directing our enthusiastic crew. Although we've adopted modern innovations, our core passion endures: producing scrumptious, authentic pizza that unites people.
